Day 1 menu:

To start your day of military diet, in the morning you can prepare black coffee as beverage, a half of plain grapefruit (or you can substitute it with other fruit), 2 tablespoons of nut butter smeared in a slice of toast. For lunch you can consume more coffee or just water, a slice of plain toast, and a half can of tuna fish packed in water or you can change it with other protein.
